摘要
本文主要从变换反应机理、水气比、空速、压力、反硫化等因素阐述变换反应的原理以及在变换反应的过程中引起变换炉床层超温的原因,并且通过改造和调整相关参数,来控制床层温度,防护床层超温,达到优化生产的目的.
In this paper,the principle of shift reaction and the causes of overheating of shift converter bed during the shift reaction are mainly explained from aspect of shift reaction mechanism,water-vapor ratio,space velocity,pressure,and antisulfurization,etc.The bed layer temperature is controlled by retrofitting and adjusting related parameters to protect it from overtemperature,so as to optimize the production.
