摘要
在尿素生产过程中,会产出大量的蒸汽冷凝液,若冷凝液电导率高就不能外送回收,只有就地排放处理,不仅影响了工艺生产,造成极大的浪费,而且还污染了环境,本文对蒸汽冷凝液电导率超标的原因进行分析并提出处理措施.
During urea production,a large amount of steam condensate will he produced.If the condensate has high conductivity,it cannot be sent out for recovery and only be discharged in situ.It not only affects the process production,causes great waste,but also pollutes the environment.This paper analyzes the reasons for excess conductivity of steam condensate and proposes treatment measures.
