Research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 pathway in common gynecological malignant tumors

PD-1/PD-L1通路是近年来癌症领域的研究热点。PD-1/PD-L1信号通路影响T淋巴细胞浸润及功能,参与肿瘤局部抑制性免疫微环境。阻断该通路可以促进微环境中免疫细胞增殖分化从而发挥抗肿瘤功能。现就PD-1/PD-L1通路在常见妇科恶性肿瘤的研究进展进行论述。

The PD-1/PD-L1 pathway has been a research hotspot in the field of cancer in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway affects the infiltration and function of T lymphocytes and is involved in the local inhibitory immune microenvironment of tumors.Blocking this pathway can promote the proliferation and differentiation of immune cells in the microenvironment so as to exert the anti-tumor function.This paper discusses the research progress of PD-1/PD-L1 pathway in common gynecological malignant tumors.
