摘要 现代计算机技术不断发展,在各行各业中发挥着重要的作用,饲料厂积极利用计算机技术改进生产是必然发展趋势.随着畜牧业的发展,我国饲料工业发展迅速,饲料厂面临着激烈的市场竞争,降低生产成本,提高生产效率和生产质量是饲料企业关注的重要问题.在水产配合饲料厂中,配料是生产饲料的一个关键环节,配料是利用特定的配料装备,基于动物生长需求,准确称量多种不同成分的饲用原料进行均匀混合.配料对饲料成品的质量和安全性直接相关,影响水产配合饲料厂是否能准确、快速生产高品质的水产配合饲料.传统配料系统已经不能满足现代水产配合饲料的需求.水产配合饲料厂需充分利用计算机技术,改进配料系统,提高配料系统的自动化和智能化水平,实现高精度的配料,促进水产配合饲料厂生产. Modern computer technology continues to develop and plays an important role in all walks of life.It is an inevitable development trend that feed mills actively use computer technology to improve production.With the development of animal husbandry,China’s feed industry is developing rapidly.Feed mills are facing fierce market competition,reducing production costs,improving production efficiency and production quality,which are important issues for feed companies.In the aquatic compound feed factory,ingredients are a key link in the production of feed.The ingredients are formulated using specific ingredients and equipment,based on the requirements of animal growth,accurately weighing a variety of feed ingredients with different ingredients,and uniformly mixing to The next link.Ingredients are directly related to the quality and safety of finished feed products,and affect whether aquatic compound feed plants can accurately and quickly produce high-quality aquatic compound feeds.The traditional ingredient system is backward and cannot meet the demand of modern aquatic compound feed.Aquatic compound feed plants need to make full use of computer technology to improve the batching system,improve the automation and intelligent level of the batching system,achieve high-precision batching,and promote the production of aquatic compound feed plants.
