选择中国47家市委党校的截面数据为样本,对党校收入多元化的影响因素进行实证分析。得出的结论为:党校培训容量对党校收入多元化产生了显著的正向影响,党校人力资本对党校收入多元化产生了显著的正向影响,党校所在地经济发展水平对党校收入多元化产生了显著的负向影响,党校所在地居民收入对党校收入多元化产生了显著的正向影响,党校所在地产业结构对党校收入多元化的影响不显著。

Taking 47 Party Schools in China as sample,the paper make an empirical analysis of the influence factors of diversification of Party school's income.The conclusions are as follows:training capacity of Party school,Human capital of Party school,and income of local residents all have significant positive effect on the diversification of the Party school's income;The level of local economic development has significant negative effect on the diversification of the Party school's income;The local industry structure has no significant impact on the diversification of the Party school's income.
