摘要
基于"三元文化"育人的理念,商务英语专业工匠人才的培养模式和路径为:以"两室两网一厅"为阵地,以红色文化为动力,构建工匠精神理论模型;以区域文化为纽带,构建"师导生创"模式;以企业文化为抓手,构建产教融合生态环境;以第二课堂为桥梁,构建专业核心素养体系。将职业道德、人文素养教育、创新创业能力贯穿培养全过程,努力营造全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人氛围,培养德才兼备的"工匠人"。
Business English majors in higher vocational colleges should insist on deepening the concept of "three-element culture"education, taking "two rooms, two networks and one hall" as the position, "red culture" as the driving force, construct a theoretical model of craftsman spirit;Taking regional culture as the link, construct a " teacher-student creation " model;Taking enterprise culture as the grasp, build an eco-environment of integration of industry and education;Taking the second classroom as the bridge, construct the core professional quality system and realize the quality of education. The professional ethics, humanistic quality education and innovative abilities should be carried out throughout the whole process of training, and the atmosphere of full-staff education, full-process education and all-round education should be created to cultivate"craftsmen" with both ability and morality.
