摘要 为研究水泥稳定碎石运用EDTA(乙二酸四乙酸二钠)滴定法测定水泥含量的影响因素,进行了不同版本试验方法、不同测定时间、不同混合料含水量等对水泥含量结果的影响。试验研究结果表明:试验操作过程中需严格按照2009年出版规范要求的溶液加入顺序和静置时间,方能使试验结果精确、可靠;对超出水泥终凝时间,EDTA滴定法测定水泥稳定碎石中水泥剂量需作龄期效应校正;标准曲线的制定过程必须与现场的施工情况相吻合,且标准曲线的过筛尺寸要和滴定试验的过筛尺寸相一致;在同一标准曲线下,滴定测得的水泥剂量随着混合料含水量的增大而减小。 In order to study the influencing factors of cement content in cement stabilized macadam using EDTA(disodium glyoxylate)titration method to determine the cement content,different versions of test methods,different determination times,and different water content of cement were used to determine the cement content results.influences.The experimental research results show that:during the test operation,the order of addition of the solution and the standing time required by the 2009 version of the specification must be strictly followed to make the test results accurate and reliable;for the time beyond the final setting time of the cement,EDTA titration method is used to determine the cement stabilized macadam.The dosage of cement needs to be corrected for the age effect;the process of formulating the standard curve must be consistent with the construction conditions on site,and the sieve size of the standard curve must be consistent with the sieve size of the titration test;under the same standard curve,the titration measurement The cement dosage decreases with the increase of the water content of the mixture.
