摘要
395BI电铲配套的开斗控制系统为直流电气控制系统,这套系统已经在395BI电铲上使用了20多年,由于这套系统结构比较复杂,这些年的使用中发现很多节点的故障率很高,导致395BI电铲开斗电气控制系统的日常维修量相对于其他种类电铲较大。因此,分析395BI电铲开斗电气控制系统结构和原理,根据以往故障现象和维修经验进行总结归纳,根据故障现象的不同分别阐述导致故障的原因,对维修人员的维修做出指导,以便今后维修中加快该类故障的维修速度。同时针对个别问题提出改进办法和处置策略,从而消灭这一问题带来的影响。
395BI shovel form a complete set of open control system for DC electrical control system,the system has been used on 395BI shovel for more than 20 years,due to the system structure is more complex,found in the use of over the years many node failure rate is very high,395BI shovel open door electric control system of daily maintenance quantity relative to other kinds of shovel is bigger.Therefore,the structure and principle of the electric control system of 395BI shovel open door are analyzed,and the reasons for the failures are summarized according to the previous fault phenomena and maintenance experience.The reasons for the failures are explained respectively according to the different fault phenomena,so as to provide guidance for the maintenance personnel,so as to accelerate the maintenance speed of this kind of fault in the future maintenance.At the same time,the improvement measures and disposal strategies are proposed to eliminate the impact of this problem.
