电动锚绞机变频器的设计与实现

摘要 随着永磁同步电机技术的成熟,电动锚绞机升级换代已成必然趋势。针对PMSM锚绞机,首先主要采用工程设计方法,并结合实船应用,对其变频器进行了总体设计。然后分别对主回路、软硬件控制、散热、结构、电磁兼容等方面进行了详细设计。总结表明本文具有一定的工程实践指导作用。 With the maturity of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)technology,the upgrading of the electric anchor winch with PMSM has being become a trend.This paper aims to study new convertor for the new type anchor winch.First,the overall design of the convertor for the electric anchor winch is carried out by using engineering design method and combining its application abroad.Then,the main circuit,software and hardware control,heat dissipation,structure,EMC are designed in detail respectively.Finally,it is concluded that the convertor meets the requirement of the technology specifications.
