摘要
某8度区大高宽比高层建筑,采用剪力墙结构,高度接近B级高度上限130 m,属于高度超限高层建筑。通过对结构进行多遇地震下的振型分解反应谱计算和弹性时程分析、设防地震与罕遇地震下的等效弹性计算、静力弹塑性分析,研究了地震作用下结构的受力特点和动力响应,同时采取加强措施,提高了结构的抗倾覆能力,结果表明结构能够满足预定的性能目标,抗震性能良好。
A high-rise building with large height width ratio in an 8-degree area adopts shearwall structure,and its height is closeto the upper limit of class B by 130 m,which belongs to high-rise building beyond the code-specification.In order to study the me-chanical characteristics and dynamic response of the structure,the response spectrum calculation of mode decomposition and elastictime-history analysis under frequent earthquake,equivalent elastic calculation and static elastic-plastic analysis under fortificationearthquake and rare earthquake are carried out.At the same time,strengthening measures are taken to improve the anti overturningability of the structure.The results show that the structure can meet the predetermined performance objectives and has good seismicperformance.
