摘要
某高层公寓在4层楼面采用梁式转换,总结了结构建模、计算的关键点,采用刚性杆连接转换层上下构件,指出框支柱的剪力应根据框支柱数量和框支层层数调整。转换梁对建筑空间的影响较大,在前期应试算。通过改变结构方案,解决剪力墙超筋的问题。地下室顶板上下层墙柱的配筋加强,以提高其延性和变形能力。
The high-rise apartment adopts beam-type conversion on the fourth floor,summarizes the key points of structural model-ing and calculation,connects the upper and lower members of the transfer floor with rigid rods,and points out that the shear forceof the frame struts should be adjusted according to the number of frame struts and the number of frame strut layers.The transferbeam has a great influence on the space,so it should be calculated in the early stage.By changing the structural scheme,theproblem of over reinforcement of shear wall is solved.The reinforcement of upper and lower wall columns of basement roof isstrengthened to improve its ductility and deformation capacity.
