摘要
介绍了西安地区两栋相同的高层建筑,分别采用CFG短桩复合地基和高强预应力短管桩的应用实例,总结了两种地基方案的工艺特点、载荷试验结果,并结合结构封顶后两年期间的沉降观测数据分析,证明两种方案可行并且是成功的,同时通过对成本和工期的对比,为类似工程地基方案的优选提供了参考经验。
In this paper two application examples of identical high-rise buildings in Xi’an are introduced,CFG composite founda-tion and high-strength prestressed short tube piles are applied as foundation.The process characteristics and load test results of thetwo foundation schemes are summarized.The analysis of the settlement observation data during the first two years after the structurecapping proves that the two schemes are feasible and successful.At the same time,the comparison of cost and construction periodprovides reference experience for the optimization of similar foundation projects.
