针对风力发电机组吊装高度高,体积大,质量重,且现场位于多风、高山位置的施工特点,主要从风力发电机组塔筒安装各阶段的控制要点、吊装方法的确定以及采取的控制措施方面进行了论述。从应用过程来看,塔筒安装过程中施工前准备、起吊、高强螺栓的紧固和塔筒各段的密封等过程均得到了有效控制。

According to the construction features for the wind power generators including high hoisting,big sizes,heavy weight,as well as windy and mountainous positions,the paper mainly indicates the controlling points of the stage,identification of hoisting methods and controlling measures of the installation of the wind power generators,and achieves effective control over the preparation,hoisting,tightening of high-strength bolting,and sealing of tower drum in sections.
