连续与间断铺筑的水泥稳定基层抗剪性能对比研究

摘要 传统大厚度水泥稳定基层施工技术采用分层间断摊铺的施工方式,其在实际工程中存在很多缺点。近年提出分层连续摊铺的施工工艺,有研究表明连续摊铺可以有效改善层间结合状态,缩短养生周期及节约成本。考虑到由荷载产生的应力沿路基深度方向的递减规律,本研究设计了两组不同混合料组成的试件,分别用两种成型方式模拟两种施工技术,在不同养生期、三种试验条件下测试其劈裂抗剪强度,将试验数据进行对比分析。研究结果可以为不同混合料组成的连续与间断铺筑的水稳基层设计与施工提供一定技术依据。 The traditional construction technology of cement stabilized base course with large thickness adopts the constructionmethod of stratified discontinuous spreading,which has many shortcomings in practical engineering.In recent years,the construc-tion technology of layered continuous spreading has been put forward.Some studies have shown that can effectively improve thestate of interlayer bonding in this way,shorten the period of health preservation and save cost.considering the decreasing law of thestress produced by the load along the depth direction of the foundation,this study designed two groups of specimens composed ofdifferent mixtures to simulate the two construction techniques by two molding methods.The splitting shear strength was tested underdifferent health periods and three test conditions,and the test data were compared and analyzed.The research results can providesome technical basis for the design and construction of cement stabilized base course with continuous and discontinuous paving ofdifferent mixtures.
