摘要
对养生温度和湿度对基层材料力学性能影响的权重系数进行对比研究,研究内容包括:水泥土的配合比设计;相同温度不同湿度及相同湿度不同温度的条件下,基层材料(水泥土)的无侧限抗压强度的对比分析;养生温度与湿度对基层材料(水泥土)力学性能影响的权重系数确定及应用。研究结果表明,在相同条件下,对于基层材料的力学性能,养生前期(1 d^3 d)的温度影响比湿度影响大,养生中期(3 d^7 d)的温度影响与湿度影响相当,养生后期(7 d以后)的湿度影响比温度影响大。研究结果对分析工地与标准养生的差异性具有一定的理论与实用价值。
In this study,the weight coefficients of the influence of curing temperature and humidity on the mechanical properties of basic materials are compared.The contents of the study included:proportion design of cement-stabilized soil,comparative analysis of the compressive strength of the base materials under the conditions of different temperature and humidity,determination and application of the weight coefficients of the influence of curing temperature and humidity on mechanical properties of basic materials.The research results show that at the same conditions,for the mechanical properties of the basic materials,the effect of temperature is more evident than that of humidity at pre-curing time(1 ~3 days),and is almost same with that of humidity at medium-curing time(3 ~7 days),but the effect of humidity becomes more evident than that of temperature at post-curing time(7 days later).The findings have some theoretical and practical value for analyzing the curing difference between the actual curing in construction site and the standard curing in Lab.
