摘要 以常熟电厂取水隧道下穿长江大堤加固施工为例,介绍了预加固压密注浆、预加固高压旋喷注浆、盾构掘进同步注浆和加固中常见问题处理。详细阐述了大堤加固的具体实施过程与方法,在解决本工程技术问题的基础上也可为其他盾构隧道特别是小直径盾构隧道下穿大堤或其他建筑物时的施工提供参考。 Takes the reinforcement construction under the water intake tunnel of Changshu Power Plant through the Yangtze Riverembankment as an example,and introduces the treatment of common problems in pre-reinforced compaction grouting,pre-rein-forced high pressure rotary jet grouting,shield tunneling synchronous grouting and reinforcement.In this paper,the concrete im-plementation process and method of embankment reinforcement are described in detail,which can also provide reference for theconstruction of other shield tunnels,especially small diameter shield tunnels,when they cross the embankment or other buildings.
