基于BIM的装配式建筑IPD管理模式探析

Research on IPD management mode of assembly building based on BIM

通过对装配式建筑全生命周期典型工作流程进行梳理,在该项目中建立基于BIM技术支撑的项目集成交付管理模式。进而构建基于BIM的装配式建筑IPD管理模式下的工作流程、信息协同模型、管理框架以及组织机构,并分析该模式下相关工作的要点,以期帮助建筑行业从业人员熟悉并推广使用该模式。

Through combing the typical workflow of the whole life cycle of assembly building,the project integrated delivery management mode based on BIM Technology support is established in this project.Then,the paper constructs the workflow,information collaboration model,management framework and organization under the IPD management mode of assembly building based on BIM,and analyzes the key points of related work under the mode,in order to help the construction industry practitioners to be familiar with and promote the use of the mode.
