对新形势下建筑施工安全管理面临的难题和出路进行了剖析,提出了建立企业安全源头管理控制机制的方法,对"七音工作法"引入建筑施工企业安全源头管理进行了研究和运用,达到了企业不断完善和提高安全保障能力的效果,解决了建筑施工企业粗放安全管理问题。

The paper analyzes the difficulties and solutions to the safety management of the architectural construction in current sta-tus,points out the methods for setting up the management and controlling mechanism for the safety resources of the enterprises,and researches and applies the "seven-tone work methods" into the safety resource management of the architectural and construc-tion methods,so as to improve and promote the effect of the safety guarantee capacity and solve the extensive safety managementproblems of construction enterprises.
