Measurement Methods and Evaluation System for Energy Efficiency in Economic Development

能源与生态环境问题一直是国际社会关注的焦点,也是当前中国经济社会发展中的难点之一。主要表现为能源需求与供给之间的矛盾,能源消费结构层次偏低同生态环境治理与保护之间的压力倍增。无论就能源消费需求不断增加和生态环境保护的迫切性而言,还是从能源资源约束和可持续发展的阶段性要求来看,改善能源效率是化解当前中国实现经济低碳转型和保护生态环境两大难题的最重要抓手。

A large number of studies have shown that energy efficiency is an effective starting point for China to achieve low-carbon economic transformation and protect the ecological environment.No matter in terms of the increasing demand for energy consumption and the urgency of ecological and environmental protection,or from the constraints of energy resources and the phased requirements of sustainable development.Improving energy efficiency is the most important starting point to resolve the current economic low-carbon transformation and protect the ecological environment in China.On the basis of expounding the connotation of energy efficiency,this study summarizes the main measurement methods and evaluation system for energy efficiency,in order to pave the way for future researches.
