摘要
幼儿园教师合作文化的构建不仅能够促进教师的专业发展,而且有助于园所组织效能的提高。然而,当前幼儿园教师合作中存在忽视教师主体性而走向形式化、缺乏专业深度而偏于技术倾向、园长定位不明晰导致引领不够等问题。借鉴巴纳德的协作系统理论,幼儿园教师合作文化的构建需要激发幼儿园教师的主体意识与合作意愿,明确幼儿园教师合作的共同目标与愿景,促进组织内信息的沟通交流与和谐共享,发挥幼儿园园长对教师合作的引领作用。
The construction of kindergarten teachers’cooperative culture can not only promote the professional development of teachers,but also improve the organizational efficiency of the kindergarten.However,there are some problems in the kindergarten teachers’cooperative culture,such as neglecting the teacher’s subjectivity and becoming formalized,lacking professional depth and leaning toward technical orientation,and insufficient guidance caused by unclear orientation of kindergarten principals.Analysis based on Barnard’s collaboration system theory,the construction of kindergarten teachers’cooperative culture needs to stimulate the subjective consciousness and cooperative intention of kindergarten teachers,clarify the common goal and vision of kindergarten teachers’cooperation,promote the communication and harmonious sharing of information within the organization,and give play to the leading role of kindergarten principals in teacher cooperation.
