摘要
为提升RGBW液晶显示模组的显示质量,通过对RGBW液晶显示模组进行数据测试和理论分析验证,得到提升RGBW液晶显示质量的方案。通过FPGA信号转换算法同时搭配RGBW玻璃,产出透过率增加50%的车载液晶显示模组。由于彩膜(CF)进行了重新设计修改,模组发生交叉串扰、色偏以及横纹闪烁等不良,通过测试不同极性反转驱动对应的波形,以及CF排列组合,得出产生问题的原因。结果表明,RGBW液晶显示中的像素极性排列需要与CF匹配,否则将发生交叉串扰、色偏以及横纹不良。液晶像素设计中同行同色像素的极性需要正负平衡,否则将使模组显示质量下降。
To improve the quality of RGBW liquid crystal display module,based on tested data of RGBW liquid crystal display module and theory analysis,the method to improve RGBW module is proposed.Trough FPGA signal conversion algorithm,we can get the RGBW automotive LCD module with 50%transmittance increased.As the color filter(CF)is changed,the RGBW LCD has some issues,such as crosstalk,color cast and horizontal stripes flashing.By testing different polarity reversal drive corresponding waveform and CF permutation combination,the reasons of the problem is concluded.Results show that the RGBW LCD pixels in the polar line up with the need of the CF match,otherwise will occur crosstalk,color cast and horizontal stripes flashing.Counterparts in the design of LCD module,the polarity of the same color and same line pixels need positive and negative balance,otherwise the display quality of the module will be degraded.
