对于急性颅高压患者,去骨瓣减压手术是一种可以挽救生命的治疗手段.反常性脑疝是去骨瓣减压术后脑脊液过度引流后出现的罕见并发症,往往被医师漏诊、误诊,危及患者的生命.作者通过典型病例的分析,提高对于反常性脑疝的认识,有助于临床诊断及治疗,进而挽救患者生命.

Decompressive craniectomy has always been demonstrated as an effective and lifesaving treatment for urgent uncontrollable intracranial pressure.A paradoxical herniation of the brain is known as a rare complication ascribing to cerebral spinal fluid volume depletion in patients with decompressive craniectomy,which could threaten patients′life if not has a proper diagnosis.The article is to raise the awareness of paradoxical herniation of the brain and to assist the clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to save patients′life.
