高职生“双创”素质培养定位与策略

摘要 从经济社会发展、职业岗位变迁及高职培养目标特点等视角分析,高职生"双创"素质培养要侧重于技术应用领域,侧重于掌握智力性和创造性高级职业技能,具有较强的"双创"意识与能力,以及优良的实践"双创"品质。从完善实践教学体系,改革实践教学模式,深化产教融合机制,创建学校工业中心,运用多种管理机制等方面,提出"双创"素质培养策略。
