摘要
分析了真空灭弧室的触头接触电阻、自闭力以及反力测试过程中的关键因素,并提出了相应解决方案,给出了多功能回路电阻测试仪的设计思路;详细阐述了多功能回路电阻测试仪的技术特点、系统构成及自动控制过程;最后通过对多功能回路电阻测试仪实际使用效果的分析与统计,阐述了多功能回路电阻测试仪有效的控制真空灭弧室的触头接触电阻、自闭力以及反力测试过程中的各项关键因素,并解决了传统测试方法存在的瓶颈问题,在实际生产实践中该设备具有测量精度高、结果一致性好、生产效率高等优点。
Key factors in the measurement of contact resistance, self-closing force and reaction force of vacuum interrupter are analyzed, the corresponding solutions are proposed, and the design idea of a multifunctional circuit-resistance testing instrument is introduced. This paper expounds the technical characteristics, system configuration and automatic control process of the instrument in detail. Based on the analysis and statistics of the practical application effect, key factors in the effective control process of contact resistance, self-closing force and reaction force of vacuum interrupter are expounded, and the bottleneck problems in traditional testing ways are solved. The instrument has the advantages of high accuracy, high consistency and high efficiency.
