摘要
基于历史规划和运行的可用数据,利用威布尔分布模型建立设备评估的可靠性函数。检修计划可能对不同设备有效使用寿命的最终状态产生影响。针对设备的最终状态,提出了最优检修方案,并对全寿命周期成本(LCC)和可靠性进行了比较。该算法采用动态规划方法,在满足可靠性和边界条件的前提下,给出了LCC最小值。分析结果表明了该方法的有效性,与遗传算法的结果相比其LCC值更小。
Based on the available data of historical planning and operation,the reliability function of equipment evaluation is established by means of Weibull distribution model.The maintenance scheduling may affect the final condition of the effective service life of different equipments.In allusion to the final condition of the equipment,the optimal maintenance scheme is put forward,the life cycle cost and the reliability are compared.This algorithm adopts dynamic programming method,and gives the LCC minimum value on the premise of satisfying the reliability and boundary condition.The analysis results show the effectiveness of this method,and its LCC value is less than that of genetic algorithm.
