基于两保障两统一的电力通信电源精益化管理

Lean Management of Power Supply for Power Communication Based on Two Guarantees and Two Unifications

为了改变以往粗犷式的通信电源运维管理方式,提高通信设备的供电可靠性,保证通信正常传输,提出了组织管理保障和安全管控保障的通信电源精益化管理两保障体系。建立了以"两保障"体系为基础的统一电源设计、统一方式管理的两统一模式,能够降低通信电源的故障率,确保通信网络的稳定运行,实现通信电源管理各阶段管理流程的规范化,进一步推动通信电源管理由粗放式向精细化方式转变。

In order to change the previous rough operation and maintenance management mode of power supply for communication,improve the reliability of power supply for communication equipments and ensure the normal transmission of communication,this paper puts forward two guarantee systems for lean management of communication power supply,which include organization management guarantee and safety control guarantee.The two unified mode including unified power design and unified mode management based on the"two guarantees"system is established,which can reduce the fault rate of power supply for communication,ensure the stable operation of communication network,realize the standardization of management processes in various stages of communication power supply management,and further promote the transformation of communication power supply management from extensive mode to lean mode.
