带电作业培训基地对带电作业人才培养具有非常重要的作用,要充分发挥基地作用,必须采取科学的管理模式,建立完善的运行机制。此文分析目前带电作业培训基地的主要管理模式与运行机制,创新带电作业培训基地管理和运行模式,以期实现带电作业培训基地的可持续发展。

The live working training base plays a very important role in the cultivation of live working talents.In order to give full play to its role,the base must adopt a scientific management mode and establish a perfect operation mechanism.This paper analyzes the main management mode and operation mechanism adopted by the live working training base at present,and innovates the management and operation mode of the live working training base,in order to realize the sustainable development of the live working training base.
