摘要
对GEC ALSTHOM公司生产的660 MW亚临界汽轮机通流改造的必要性和可行性进行了论证,通过对沙角C电厂2号机组通流改造前试验数据分析,指出了其改造前存在的主要问题:汽轮机高中低压缸效率偏低、高中压转子动叶被固体颗粒冲蚀、叶片和内缸结构落后等,给出了通流改造的方向和建议,根据改造后的性能试验结果,分析了改造后的机组性能与设计值之间的偏差,对同类型机组通流改造及效果评价具有较好的借鉴意义。
The necessity and feasibility of flow passage retrofit of GEC ALSTHOM manufactured 660 MW steam turbine is discussed.Based on an analysis of the experimental data of No. 2 Unit in Shajiao C Power Station before the flow passage retrofit, the major problems existing before the flow passage retrofit are pointed out, such as the lower efficiency of high, medium and low pressure cylinder of the steam turbine, the erosion of the rotor blades of high and medium pressure by solid particles, the backwardness of the structure of blade and inner cylinder. And the direction and suggestions of flow passage retrofit are given. According to the performance test results of the retrofitted units,the deviation between the unit performance after the retrofit and design values is analyzed, which provides a good reference for the retrofitting of the same type of units and the evaluation method of the effect.
