摘要 人工智能技术在会计档案管理中有较大应用潜力。在会计档案管理中,我们可以借助机器学习技术,确定会计档案的保管期限与保密等级、挖掘其潜在价值,并构建基于机器学习技术的会计档案知识库系统模型;借助自然语言处理技术,提高会计档案查准率与查全率、帮助其实现自动编研,并构建会计档案语料专用分层系统模型;借助生物特征识别技术,核查会计档案形成主体与内容真实性;借助人机交互技术,为满足会计档案用户多样化需求、提升用户体验提供便利。 Artificial intelligence technology has a great application potential in accounting archives management.With the help of machine learning technology to determine the preservation period and confidentiality level of accounting archives,explore their potential value,and build a knowledge base system model of accounting archives based on machine learning technology;with the help of natural language processing technology to improve the accuracy and recall rate of accounting archives,help them to achieve automatic compilation and research,and build a special hierarchical system model of accounting archives corpus;with the help of biometric identification technology,verify the authenticity of the main body and content of accounting archives;with the help of human-computer interaction technology,to meet the diverse needs of accounting archives users,improve user experience to provide convenience.
