摘要
为实现复糟酿酒废水pH的有效调节,便于废水的后续处理,研究复糟酿酒废水的pH值调节方法。将川南某大型酒厂的复糟酿酒废水(pH 3.14)分别用氧化钙、碳酸钙、碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵进行pH的调节,逐次在废水中添加剂量为0.5%的处理剂,反应10 min后测定水样的pH,直至处理剂剂量达到5.0%。在此过程中观察水样的感官指标,测定pH的动态变化,并测量反应后水样中沉淀物的质量。结果表明,四种水处理剂中,碳酸铵用量达到1.5%时能将废水的pH调节至接近中性,且产生的沉淀最少,是四种处理剂中调节复糟酿酒废水pH用量最省且效果最佳的处理剂。
In order to effectively adjust the p H of distiller’s grains brewing wastewater and facilitate the subsequent treatment of the wastewater, the p H adjustment method of the distiller’s grains brewing wastewater was studied. The distiller’s grains brewing wastewater(pH 3.14) from a large distillery in southern Sichuan was adjusted with calcium oxide, calcium carbonate, ammonium carbonate and ammonium bicarbonate, respectively. During the experiment, treatment agent 0.5% was added to the wastewater sample one by one, and the p H of the wastewater sample was measured after reaction 10 min until the treatment agent dose reached 5.0%. In the process, the sensory indicators of the wastewater samples were observed, the dynamic changes of p H were measured, and the quality of the precipitates in the wastewater samples after the reaction was measured. The results showed that among the four treatment agents, when the ammonium carbonate addition was 1.5%, the p H of the wastewater could be adjusted to nearly neutral, and the precipitation was very little. Ammonium carbonate was the most economical and effective treatment agents of the four treatment agents for adjusting the p H of distiller’s grains brewing wastewater.
