摘要 目的探讨临床路径教学法在肾病科本科生临床教学中的效果。方法将2016年5月-2017年5月在本院肾病科本科实习的50名本科生随机分为观察组和对照组各25名。观察组采用临床路径教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。实习结束后进行集中考核,比较两组本科生理论知识、技能操作成绩及观察组本科生对考核的评价。结果观察组理论和技能操作成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组本科生认为临床路径教学法能加深对理论知识的理解,增强技能操作能力,激发学习兴趣,提高学习效率,提高自学能力,开拓视野,增加团队协助能力,并希望继续开展此方法进行教学。结论在肾病科本科生临床教学过程中,采用临床路径教学法,有助于加强本科生对理论知识和技能操作水平的掌握,增加学习兴趣和效率,从而提高了教学效果。 Objective To explore the effect of clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of Undergraduates of nephrology. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 50 undergraduates who practiced in nephrology department of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 students in each group. Clinical pathway teaching method was used in the observation group, while traditional teaching method was used in the control group. At the end of the internship, a centralized assessment was conducted to compare the theoretical knowledge, skill and operation performance of the two groups of undergraduates and the evaluation of the observation group of undergraduates. Results The theoretical and technical performance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The undergraduates in the observation group believed that the clinical pathway teaching method could deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge, enhance the ability of skill operation, stimulate learning interest, improve learning efficiency, improve self-study ability, broaden horizons, increase team assistance ability and hoped to continue to carry out this method of teaching. Conclusion In the course of clinical teaching for undergraduates of nephrology, the application of clinical pathway teaching method helps to strengthen the Undergraduates’ mastery of theoretical knowledge and skills, increase their interest in learning and efficiency, and thus improve the teaching effect.
