摘要
医学影像学实习教学是临床实习教学的重要组成部分。针对影像科既往非影像专业本科生实习带教的不足,顺应国家大力发展本科教育的形势,在加强思想重视和加大资源投入的基础上,结合当前非影像专业本科生的特点,探索了一种新的实习带教方法。新方法从细节入手,根据不同专业和不同基础及特点的学生,采取个性化的教学方法并由专人负责;在先进的PACS平台上,采用国际流行的CBL、PBL教学法及丰富的教学手段。新方法提高了实习学生的学习积极性和资料检索、言语表达、多媒体制作、影像诊断能力,也促进了带教老师的继续学习,取得了良好的效果与反馈。
Medical imaging practice teaching is an important part of clinical practice teaching. Considering the deficiency of teaching method for non-medical imaging students in clinical internship and to conform to the national situation of developing undergraduate education, we investigate a brand new method on the basis of strengthening thought and increasing resource investment which was also combined with the characteristics of non-medical imaging major students. The new method starts with the details and adopts a personalized teaching method based on students of different majors and different foundations and characteristics, and is responsible for it by the specific person. On the advanced PACS system, the international popular CBL and PBL teaching methods and other various methods are adopted. The new method improves the students’ learning enthusiasm and the ability of data retrieval, expression, multimedia production and imaging diagnosis. It also promotes the teachers’ continuing learning and achieves good results and feedback.
