摘要
目的探究虚拟仿真技术在妇科技能培训中的应用效果。方法将2018年5月-2019年8月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院进行妇产科住院医师规范化培训的60名学员随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各30名。实验组采用虚拟仿真腹腔镜手术教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。通过理论试题及腹腔镜手术操作考试对学生的学习效果进行量化评估,学生课上填写教学满意度调查问卷,通过对问卷进行分析,评估教学效果。结果实验组理论考试、腹腔镜手术操作考试成绩及腹腔镜技能操作考试中腹腔镜模拟手术操作完成操作时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学员在腹腔镜模拟手术操作能力、对带教教师的满意度及自我评价学习效果方面的反馈优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟仿真技术应用于临床教学能够有效提高学生的动手操作能力和综合能力,而且学生对学习的积极性和满意度能明显提高。
Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation technology in gynecology skill training. Methods From May 2018 to August 2019, 60 trainees who had the standardized training of Obstetrics and gynecology residents in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 in each group. The experimental group used virtual simulation laparoscopic surgery teaching method, the control group used traditional teaching method. Through the theoretical test and laparoscopic surgery operation test, the students’ learning effect is evaluated quantitatively. The students fill in the questionnaire of teaching satisfaction in class, and the teaching effect is evaluated through the analysis of the questionnaire. Results The results of theoretical test, laparoscopic operation test and laparoscopic skill operation test in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The students in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of virtual simulation technology in clinical teaching can effectively improve students’ practical operation ability and comprehensive ability, and students’ enthusiasm and satisfaction for learning can be significantly improved.
