摘要
目的探究超声胎儿鼻骨测量对胎儿畸形筛查的应用效果。方法对2016年1月-2019年1月在本院接受超声筛查并出现异常的60例孕妇资料进行回顾(设为观察组),另选择60例体检健康的孕妇视为对照组,对比两组胎儿鼻骨发育情况,并记录两组胎儿发育畸形情况。结果观察组60例孕妇超声图像显示有32例胎儿鼻骨强回声连续性中断,28例胎儿声像图表现为鼻骨短小,经诊断分别为:32例胎儿鼻骨缺失、28例鼻骨发育不良。与对照组相比较,观察组胎儿伴有其他发育畸形,而对照组的健康人群则未出现发育异常。结论超声筛查胎儿鼻骨发育情况能够有效提高胎儿畸形异常诊断率。
Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound fetal nasal bone measurement in screening fetal malformation. Methods The data of 60 pregnant women who received ultrasound screening in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 and showed abnormalities were reviewed(set as the observation group). Another 60 pregnant women who were healthy in physical examination were selected as the control group. The development of fetal nasal bone in the two groups was compared, and the developmental abnormalities in the two groups were recorded. Results Ultrasound images of 60 pregnant women in the observation group showed 32 cases of interrupted strong echo continuity of nasal bone, 28 cases of nasal bone microsomia, which were diagnosed as 32 cases of nasal bone deficiency and 28 cases of nasal bone dysplasia. Compared with the control group, fetuses in the observation group were accompanied by other developmental abnormalities, while healthy people in the control group showed no developmental abnormalities. Conclusion Ultrasound screening of fetal nasal bone development can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of fetal abnormalities, which is worthy of recommendation.
