疼痛专科护士提高疼痛管理水平的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过让疼痛专科护士参与围术期患者的疼痛管理,提高病房护士的疼痛知识水平和疼痛管理核心能力,提升疼痛管理水平和患者的满意度。方法疼痛专科护士对病房护士进行为期14周的疼痛知识集中培训,对患者进行疼痛查房干预和疼痛知识宣教;培训前后分别对100护士和150患者进行问卷调查。结果护士的疼痛知识问卷得分由培训前的(16.2±3.4)分提升到培训后的(35.0±5.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);患者的满意度由77.4%提升到95.9%,护士对患者进行有效疼痛记录的次数从(2.78±1.05)次提升到(11.02±2.45)次,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。结论疼痛专科护士加强护士的疼痛知识培训和围术期疼痛可以提高护士的疼痛知识水平和患者的镇痛满意度,从而提高疼痛护理管理质量。 Objective To improve the level of pain knowledge and the core ability of pain management, and improve the level of pain management and patients’ satisfaction, the pain specialist nurses were involved in the pain management of perioperative patients. Methods Pain specialist nurses trained nurses in the ward for 14 weeks on pain knowledge, and conducted pain ward rounds intervention and pain knowledge education for patients. 100 nurses and 150 patients were surveyed before and after the training. Results Nurses’ pain knowledge questionnaire score was increased from 16.2±3.4 points before educationl to(35.0±5.2) points after education.with significant statistical difference(P < 0.001). Patients’ satisfaction was increased from 77.4% to 95.9%, and the number of effective pain records by nurses was increased from(2.78±1.05) times to(11.02±2.45) times, with significant statistical difference(P < 0.001). Conclusion The participation of pain specialist nurses in pain management and pain education can improve the level of pain knowledge of nurses and analgesia satisfaction of patients, so as to improve the quality of pain nursing management.
