腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症围术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Endometriosis Treated by LaparoscopicSurgery

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的围术期护理对策。方法以本院于2017年8月—2018年8月期间接收,行腹腔镜治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者44例作为本次研究对象,以随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为研究组和对照组,每组各为22例。研究组行围术期综合护理模式,对照组行常规护理干预,对比两组护理前后临床指标。结果(1)护理后,研究组SAS(42.53±4.32)分和SDS(43.56±4.48)分和对照组(47.65±4.35)分、(50.46±4.30)分对比有统计学意义(t=3.9171、5.2118,P<0.05)。(2)两组IgA、C4补体对比无统计学意义,其余指标对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)研究组满意度91.0%高于对照组63.6%,两组对比差异性显著(χ^2=4.6588,P<0.05)。结论对进行腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者,予以围术期护理模式,能有效提升临床满意度。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing strategies of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis.Methods 44 patients with endometriosis who received laparoscopic treatment in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were divided into study group and control group with 22 cases in each group.The study group received comprehensive perioperative nursing mode,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.The clinical indicators of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results(1)After nursing,there were significant differences in SAS(42.53±4.32)points and SDS(43.56±4.48)points between the study group and the control group(47.65±4.35)points and(50.46±4.30)points(t=3.9171,5.2118,P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups in IgA and C4 complement,and there was significant difference in the other indexes(P<0.05).(3)The satisfaction rate of the study group was 91.0%higher than that of the control group 63.6%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=4.6588,P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing mode can effectively improve the clinical satisfaction of patients with endometriosis undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
