患儿家长对发育性髋关节不良认知情况调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究与分析患儿家长对发育性髋关节不良认知情况调查及健康教育干预策略。方法选取本院自2016年12月-2018年12月收治的发育性髋关节不良患儿的家长45人作为研究对象,采用本院自制的小儿发育性髋关节认知情况调查量表对患儿家长的知识掌握情况进行统计,并针对患儿家长的知识调查结果制定有效的健康干预策略。结果文化程度为大专及以上的相比于高中、初中及以下患儿家长的认知问卷调查评分均较高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。职业为知识分子、行政工作者患儿家长的认知问卷调查评分均明显高于其他类型,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。居住地为城市的患儿家长的认知问卷调查评分均高于其他类型,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。该组患儿家长行发育性髋关节不良知识调查结果如下:生活护理、石膏护理、皮肤护理、运动锻炼评分、总分分别为(14.56±2.34)分、(15.091±3.19)分、(15.48±2.56)分、(14.90±2.45)分、(67.86±8.65)分,回答正确率分别为55.56%、53.33%、55.56%、57.78%、60.00%。结论患儿家长对发育性髋关节认知情况较差,对于患儿各个方面的护理知识的掌握情况不高,据此需要针对有效的干预策略,从而更好的提高患儿家长对发育性髋关节的认知情况,以起到辅助促进提高患儿康复的作用。 Objective To investigate and analyze the parents’ cognition of developmental dysplasia of the hip and health education intervention strategies. Methods 45 parents of children with developmental dysplasia of the hip were treated in our hospital selected from December 2016 to December 2018. The self-made pediatric developmental hip cognitive survey scale was used. Parents’ knowledge of the situation is counted, and effective health intervention strategies are developed for the parents’ knowledge survey results. Results The scores of the cognitive questionnaires of the parents with higher education level and above compared with the parents of high school, junior high school and below were higher, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of cognition questionnaires for parents of intellectuals and administrative workers were significantly higher than other types, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The scores of cognition questionnaires of parents of children living in cities were higher than other types, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results of the survey on developmental hip joint malformation in the parents of this group were as follows: life care, plaster care, skin care, exercise score, total score were(14.56±2.34) points,(15.09±3.19) points,(15.48±2.56) points,(14.90±2.45) points,(67.86±8.65) points, the correct answer rates were 55.56%, 53.33%, 55.56%, 57.78%, 60.00%. Conclusion Parents of children have poor cognitive cognition on the developmental dysplasia of the hip, and their knowledge of nursing knowledge in all aspects of children is not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to target effective intervention strategies to better improve the developmental development of parents. The cognitive condition of the hip joint helps to promote the rehabilitation of the child.
