摘要
为研究地应力对隧道掘进机(TBM)滚刀破岩力的影响,采用北京工业大学研制的机械破岩试验平台分五个双向等围压模拟地应力对重庆青砂岩进行室内全尺寸线性切削试验。结果表明,围压对TBM滚刀破岩的影响可划分为三个阶段,即强化效应阶段、损伤效应阶段和破裂效应阶段。本文深入揭示围压对盘形滚刀受力性能的影响,为川藏线地应力条件下TBM开挖时刀盘动力参数设计与施工运行参数优化提供参考。
In order to study the influence of crustal stress on rock cutting forces by tunnel boring machine disc cutter,fullscale linear cutting tests are conducted in Chongqing Sandstone using five equal biaxial surrounding pressure conditions on the mechanical rock breaking test platform designed by Beijing University of Technology.The result of the tests is analyzed.It is found that the influence of crustal stress on rock cutting by TBM disc cutter can be generally divided into three stages as strengthening effect stage,damaging effect stage and rupturing effect stage.This study provides better understanding of the influence of surrounding pressure on disc cutter performance and can guide to optimize the TBM operation under crustal stress condition,especially gives great guidance to the construction of TBM tunnels in Chuang-Zang rail line.
