摘要
针对山岭地形大型铁路工程施工组织精细化需求,利用BIM技术对大瑞铁路怒江特大桥在施工阶段的应用进行研究。明确了与BIM应用点相对应的模型标准,选择不同的BIM软件组合构建了地形、主体结构和临时设施模型库;采用BIM+GIS实现施工总平面图精细化布置,充分利用Delmia参数化优势对主拱圈总体施工方案和各专项方案进行优选,对重点工艺实现可视化交底;应用人机交互模拟、BIM+CAE、BIM+3D激光扫描技术进行安全质量管理。有效提升了项目的技术管理水平,并形成可复制推广的桥梁BIM技术应用解决方案。
According to the fine demand of construction organization of large-scale railway engineering in mountain terrain,the application of the Nujiang Bridge in the construction stage of Darui Railway is studied by using BIM technology.The model standards corresponding to the BIM application point are defined,and different BIM software combinations are chosen to build the terrain,main body structure and temporary facilities model base.The BIM+GIS is applied to carry out the fine planning for the general layout of construction,and the general construction scheme and various special schemes of main arch ring are selected to realize the visual disclosure for key technologies with the advantages of Delmia’s parameterization.The safety quality management is carried out by using the human-computer interaction simulation,BIM+CAE,BIM+3 D laser scanning technology,which could effectively improve the technical management level of the project,and form a bridge BIM technology application solution that can be replicated and popularized.
