摘要
以广州市轨道交通22号线祈广中间风井-祈福站区间为工程背景,对复合式波纹挡边皮带机垂直提升的出渣方式进行研究。简单介绍了目前国内常用的几种提升皮带机出渣形式,并重点阐述复合式波纹挡边皮带机的特点、工作原理、技术参数以及盾构掘进出渣时的应用情况。实践证明,波纹挡边皮带机在地铁施工中运输渣料可大幅度提高输送效率和盾构推进速度,缩短施工周期且效果良好。
With the project of Qiguang Middle Air Well^Qifu Station section of Guangzhou Rail Transit Line 22,the slag discharging mode of vertical lifting of compound corrugated belt conveyor is studied.This paper introduces several kinds of slagging forms commonly used in our country,and mainly describes the characteristics,working principle,technical parameters and the application of slagging in shield tunneling of compound corrugated belt conveyor.On the basis of practice,it is proved that the transport of slag material by corrugated belt conveyor in subway construction can greatly improve the conveying efficiency and shield tunneling speed,shorten the construction period and achieve good results.
