Practical Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation

光伏扶贫是“精准扶贫十大工程”的重要组成部分。为贯彻国网公司光伏扶贫工作要求,高质量完成光伏扶贫项目接网工作,按照“同步接网、全额消纳、及时结算”的目标,从某市光伏扶贫的规模、并网效率、发电效率及收益等方面论述了光伏扶贫的困境,并针对光伏扶贫实践困境给出了相应对策。

The photovoltaic poverty alleviation is an important part of the"Ten Projects of Targeted Poverty Alleviation".In order to carry out the photovoltaic poverty alleviation work complying with the requests of State Grid Corporation and complete the connection of photovoltaic poverty alleviation project to the grid with high quality,according to the goal of"synchronous connection to the grid,full accommodation and timely settlement",this paper discusses the dilemmas of photovoltaic poverty alleviation in a certain city from the aspects of the scale,the efficiency of connection to the grid,power generation efficiency and income,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in allusion to the practical dilemmas of photovoltaic poverty alleviation.
