摘要 传统订单培养模式存在较大的漏洞,使得订单培养模式的有效性不足,后置订单培养模式在管理、课程设置等方面也存在一系列的问题。此文阐述了传统订单培养模式和后置订单培养模式在管理、课程设置等方面面临的困境,通过与企业加强交流沟通,增强课程开发的针对性,深化校企合作,共同培养出企业需要的专业技能人才。 There are a lot of loopholes in the traditional order-oriented training mode,which makes the effectiveness of the order-oriented training mode insufficient,and there are also a series of problems in the management and curriculum setting for the later order-oriented training mode.This paper expounds the predicaments faced by the traditional order-oriented training mode and the later order-oriented training mode in the aspects such as management and curriculum setting.Through strengthening communication with the enterprises,enhancing the pertinence of the development of courses and deepening the cooperation between the schools and enterprises,the professional talents needed by the enterprises can be cultivated jointly.
