浅谈电力职业教育模式与实践

Brief Discussion on the Model and Practice of Electrical Power Vocational Education

加快发展电力职业教育是促进电力行业教育链、人才链、创新链有机衔接和当前推进人才资源供给侧结构性改革的迫切要求。本文结合工作实际,总结出争创高水平高职院校和专业(群),形成“1+X”证书制度,推进现代学徒制人才培养,优化“两栖型”教师队伍和建设国际化实训基地的电力职业教育模式,促进完善德技并修、工学结合的育人机制。

Accelerating the development of electric power vocational education is an urgent need for promoting the organic connection of education chain,talent chain and innovation chain in electric power industry and advancing supply-side structural reform of talent resources at present.Combined with the actual work,this paper summarizes the electrical power vocational education model of striving for establishment of high-level higher vocational colleges and majors(groups),formation of"1+X"certificate system,promotion of talent training based on modern apprenticeship system,optimization of"amphibious-type"teacher teams and construction of international training base,which promotes the improvement of the education mechanism of learning in both morality and skill and the combination of learning and working.
