关于风电运维人员安全胜任素质模型构建的研究

随着风力发电技术的快速发展,大量人员进入风电运维行业,但由于部分人员的安全素质不足以胜任岗位安全需求,导致风电安全事件频发.本文从风电运维人员的基本素质着手,分析安全胜任素质构成要求,为提升运维人员安全素质提供依据.

With the rapid development of wind power technology,A large number of people enter the wind power operation and maintenance industry.However,due to the inadequate safety quality of some people to meet the post safety requirements,wind power safety incidents occur frequently.Starting from the basic quality of wind power operation and maintenance personnel,this paper analyses the composition of safety competent quality requirements,and provides a basis for improving the safety quality of operation and maintenance personnel.
