曳引式电梯定期载荷试验的必要性研究和探讨

Research and Discussion on Necessity to Load Test at Regular Intervals of Traction Elevator

对曳引式电梯载荷试验的目的、分类、作用以及目前实施状况作出总体介绍。通过失效风险、相关事故统计和现场试验情况分析、国外载荷试验政策对比、现场试验数据及理论分析等多个角度对于载荷试验的必要性进行研究和探讨,为进一步开展载荷试验的检查提供一定的理论依据。同时,提出对于载荷试验的改进建议。

In order to deal with the doubts and objections about the load test of the traction elevator,the purpose,classification,function and current status of the load test are introduced.In addition,the necessity of load test is studied and discussed through failure risk,accident statistics and field test analysis,foreign load test policy comparison,field test data and theoretical analysis.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the further inspection of load test,some suggestions for the improvement of load test are put forward.
