摘要
通过对美国、英国、日本等发达国家医疗卫生人才管理现状进行分析,阐述天津医疗卫生系统和公立医院人才管理的现状,并与北京、上海、重庆3大直辖市进行横向对比,为天津市公立医院提供人才管理先进经验和借鉴,对后续天津市公立医院人才管理提供政策及相关制度的改进建议。
By analyzing the current status of medical and health personnel management in developed countries such as the United States,the United Kingdom and Japan,the current status of talent management in the Tianjin medical and health system and public hospitals is described and compared horizontally with Beijing,Shanghai and Chongqing to provide the advanced experience and reference for talent management in Tianjin public hospitals as well as the policy and related system improvement suggestions for follow-up talent management in Tianjin public hospitals.
