摘要 针对海上油田的电潜泵分采管柱在日常使用钢丝开关层过程出现的大量遇卡等复杂情况,综合海上油田钢丝作业中的一些常规防卡措施,通过分析在防卡的基础上引入治卡措施,研究优化了一种震击式防上顶工具,并引入连接在钢丝开关层工具串组合中。新的钢丝作业技术在预防钢丝工具串开关层被上顶遇卡基础上,可充分发挥震击式防上顶作用,通过现场应用成功实现钢丝工具串遇卡现象处理,为该类型问题处理提供了经验。 In view of the complicated situation that a large number of stuck phenomena during the daily use of the steel wire switch layer in the separate production pipe string of electric submersible pump in the offshore oil field,this paper synthesizes some conventional anti-jamming measures in the steel wire operation in the offshore oil field.By analyzing the introduction of jamming control measures on the basis of anti-jamming,a jarring type anti-topping tool was studied and optimized,and introduced into a set of tools connected in the steel wire switch layer.On the basis of preventing the switch layer of steel wire tool string from being stuck on top,the new technical measures for steel wire operation can give full play to the jarring type anti-topping effect.The stuck phenomenon of steel wire tool string was successfully dealt with through field application,providing valuable experience for dealing with this type of problem.
