无钻机低成本弃置技术在渤海某油田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据法律法规要求,海上油气开采设施完成开采任务后需要进行弃置拆解,以恢复海洋环境及保障航运安全。由于油田弃置本身不产生经济效益,如何进行低成本弃置是弃置技术发展的主要方向之一。以渤海某A1油田整体弃置项目为例,在作业过程中通过根据现场实际情况灵活优化作业方案,合理选用先进的磨料射流切割技术,显著降低了作业工期与成本。通过方案优化,A1油田整体弃置项目实现了低成本无钻机弃置,比预定工期节约了62.5 h。 According to the requirements of laws and regulations,offshore oil and gas production facilities need to be abandoned and dismantled after the completion of the production to restore the marine environment and ensure shipping safety.Since oilfield disposal itself does not produce economic benefits,how to carry out low-cost decommission job is one of the main directions of decommission technology development.Low-cost decommission is one of the main directions of decommission technology development.This paper introduces the integral decommission project of A1 oilfield of Bohai Bay.The operation time and cost have been reduced by optimizing the operation plan flexibly according to the actual situation and choosing advanced abrasive water-jet cutting technology reasonably.Through the program optimization,the integral decommissions project of A1 oilfield realized rigless and low cost decommission,saving 62.5 hours compared with the scheduled construction period.
