盾尾密封油脂与盾构施工温度适应性研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过盾尾密封油脂在成都地铁6号线和10号线2期、穗莞深城际9标、郑州豫机线城际和长春地铁2号线BT1标等项目的使用,开展了盾尾密封油脂与盾构施工环境温度等匹配性的研究工作。结果表明:盾尾密封油脂的夏季配方,主要应用于室外温度为20~40℃条件下,基本适用于我国所有地区的夏季;该配方25℃下的锥入度在210~225之间,在25℃、1 MPa下的泵送性为12~22g/min。盾尾密封油脂的春秋配方,主要应用于室外温度为0~25℃条件下;该配方25℃下的锥入度在215~240之间,在25℃、1 MPa下的泵送性为18~38g/min。盾尾密封油脂的冬季配方,主要应用于室外温度为-25~10℃条件下,基本适用于我国所有地区的冬季;该配方25℃下的锥入度在225~255之间,在25℃、1 MPa下的泵送性为25~45g/min。 In the paper,optimized formulations of water-tightness under high pressure of shield tail sealing paste were gained by the way of orthogonal test,we concluded the applied experience of shield tail sealing grease in some representative projects,such as Chengdu Metro Line 6 and 2-phase of Line 10,Sui-Guan-Shen intercity 9-bid,Zhengzhou Yuji intercity line and Changchun Metro Line 2 BT1-bid.The paper has researched the adaptability of shield tail sealing grease and environmental temperature in shield driving.The results show that summer formula of shield tail sealing grease mainly apply in the outside temperature of 20~40℃,including all of the districts in our country,the consistency of that is 210~225 on the condition of 25℃,and the pumpability of that is 12~22 g/min on the condition of 25 and 1 MPa;spring and autumn formula of shield tail sealing grease mainly apply in the outside temperature of 0~25℃,the consistency of that is215~240 on the condition of 25℃,and the pumpability of that is 18~38 g/min on the condition of 25℃and 1 MPa;and winter formula of shield tail sealing grease mainly apply in the outside temperature of-25~10℃,including all of the districts in our country,the consistency of that is 225~255 on the condition of 25℃,and the pumpability of that is 25~45 g/min on the condition of 25 and 1 MPa.
