摘要
随着国内建筑行业"标准化"、"工厂化"、"装配化"进程的不断深入,大型预制构件已越来越多地应用于工程实体中。在此大环境下,上海轨道交通尝试将双U异型节段连续梁桥形式运用到轨交建设中,17号线10标项目节段拼装连续梁桥,截面为U型与箱型结合的复合变截面形式,每座桥三跨一联,该节段梁采用短线法预制、悬臂平衡法进行拼装。本文主要介绍了双U箱型复合变截面节段梁桥节段拼装施工技术,从节段梁运输、拼装方式的选择,架桥机形式的选择及功能设计,悬臂平衡拼装线形控制技术等方面做了详细的介绍,工程顺利实施并获得了参建各方一致好评,该综合技术具备一定的先进性和可推广性。
With the deepening of the process of "standardization","factory" and "assembly" in domestic construction industry,large prefabricated components have been increasingly used in engineering entities.Under this circumstance,Shanghai Rail Transit tries to apply the form of bi-U-shaped section continuous girder bridge to the construction of rail intersection.The section of the 10-bid project of Line 17 constructed by Shanghai Rail Transit Company is a composite variable section with U-shaped and box-shaped section.Each bridge has three spans and one connection.The segment girder is assembled by short-line prefabrication and cantilever balance method.This paper mainly described the segment assembly construction technology for bi-U-shaped and box-shaped composite variable section girder bridge,including the selection of the segment beam transportation and assembly mode,the choice and the function design of the bridging machine,and the linear control of cantilever balanced assembly technology.The project was successfully implemented and won the praise of all parties involved in the project.The integrated technology has certain advancement and promotability.
